Women in Indian society

A study on the status of women in Indian history is a difficult task for several reasons. The idea of an improved status for IndiansWomen has gradually, through social and religious reforms and change processes. He had some ups and downs. Indeed, the real emancipation of women began with education, labor mobility, the diversification of their roles, changes in child marriage, widow remarriage, sati and the like. Woman is the companion of man endowed with the same mental abilities. It has the right to participate in the smallest details of human activity and has the same rights of freedomand freedom. Indian women have different dimensions. They gradually as regressive, roles and values between castes and religious groups all over India. Most of them are housewives. Urban women are in a better position and the country benefited from the opportunities available to develop a rate faster than that. In science and technology now play an important role. You have to overcome many obstacles.

GENDERBIAS in Indian society

In a patriarchal society like India, the oppression of women has always been justified as a natural thing. Indian social thinkers and activists is not a question of gender stratification very seriously. Indian Constitution and laws provide for equal dignity of men and women. In accordance with Article 14 of the Constitution of the State is not to deny any person equality before the law. But real women do not enjoy this equalitystatus of men. Especially at home, married women are likely to experience impotence because of the relative inequality of patriarchal attitudes, rigid sex role stereotypes and socio-economic development. In India the family is denied predominantly patriarchal and patrilineal egalitarian gender relations. There is a large gender bias in society, women are more forward on all fronts of life.

Five-year plans of development and women

The approach to the development of women in the five years of the first plan (1951-1956) was unclear. Women were projected as sufficient education, health and social services. Manila mandals have been promoted to the presentation of the essential services of education and health is the Community Programme CSWB and development through the first floor and the second five years. The third and fifth district plans on the same logic, without any support to the strategies of development prospects and empowerment of women. The sixth five year plan (1979-1984), can not be removedInequality and injustice in the social and economic life. The Seventh Five Year Plan (1985-90) emphasized the strategy of direct attack on the problems of poverty, unemployment and the provision of employment of women and youth.

The strategy of the eighth plan (1993-97) Education WAS "ensure that the benefits of the development of different areas-not pass him by women and special programs were implemented to complete the programs." While a number of laws enacted to ensure the safety of lawWomen's equality in practice, such measures could not redefine new roles that women expect will include realignment. Laws alone can not be based right environment for the elimination of inequalities between the sexes process, and unequal social relations of oppression and exploitation. We need a radical reform of the organization of the economy together with a radical change in family structure, including the reorganization of our attitude towards womenRelations. Women should be seen as producers and welfare of participants are not a customer.

Kasikorn research center has analyzed that this situation combining with the CDMA mobile system entering the market lead to the very tensed and competitive market and that make each mobile operator must compete with each other to retain their customer and prevent them from switching to the other providers.
